When will I receive my order?

Delivery time within Australia is usually between 3-5 business days for express post, and 5-7 business days for standard post. International delivery may take longer depending on the country.

Click & Collect orders are usually ready for collection the next business day, but may take longer depending on the product. As soon as your order is ready, you’ll receive an email from us that your order is ready for collection.

I received an order confirmation, can I collect my order, or is my order on its way?

Not yet. That’s our email telling you that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive another email when your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched.

Where is my order?

When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirming it’s on its way to you, as well as an Australia Post tracking number.

In some cases, the parcel may be left at your closest Australia Post office for collection. If this happens, Australia Post will leave an attempted delivery card with new pickup details.

Can I change my order?

We send your order to our warehouse for fulfilment as soon as it’s received, which means that unfortunately we’re unable to change orders after they’ve been placed

How do I return an order?

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 28 days for an exchange. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, only for faulty products. I can’t login to my account?

Your password may be different to your membership password. Double check your account details, and if needed reset your password.
