Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied with your order, there are a couple of options available to you. We are only able to offer refunds for faulty items. To be able to exchange items, they must be in as bought condition, with swing tags, boxes, packaging etc.
These options do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and the consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us.

Exchanges / Returns

We are happy to offer exchanges on full price items within 28 days of order completion.
To exchange items, send your items back to us. We are unable to offer exchanges on game days.
We cannot accept exchanges on sale items, memorabilia or personalised products.

How to return a product for exchange

Our team are unable to review items over the phone. Products need to be returned back to us via mail or in person in-store for processing.

At the Wanderers Shop

Visit the club shop Monday to Friday, between 9am – 5pm with your online receipt and the card that was used for the transaction. The club shop is located at Blacktown Football Park, Gate B, 81 Eastern Road, Rooty Hill, NSW 2766.

If your purchase was made instore, you will need to bring your receipt with you.

Post to the Wanderers Shop

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind exchanges.
To return your order via post, please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged with both senders address and the Wanderers Shop address (Locked Bag 3003, Rooty Hill, NSW, 2766) clearly displayed. Ensure your parcel is sent via registered post as Wanderers Shop isn’t liable for any items lost in transit.

Returning faulty items

Please send us an email detailing the fault and your proof of purchase or your order number.
If a product is faulty, you are able to return it back to us via either of the methods listed above. Wanderers Shop will cover shipping expenses for faulty products under the Australian Consumer Law.
