How can I place an order?
Orders can only be placed online or at the club shop. We are unable to accept orders over the phone or via email.
I can’t login to my account
Double check your Wanderers Shop login details. These will be different to your membership login. You can change your password at the login page.
I’m logged in, but can’t get the members price?
You may need to log out and log back in to your account. If you still can’t get your members price, please send us an email with your member number so our team can look in to this.
Can I cancel my order?
Because our orders are sent straight to the warehouse for fulfilment, we only have a limited time to be able to cancel your order. Please send us an email with your order number to see what our team can do.
I want to redeem a coupon code
Enter your coupon code during checkout to redeem it. Enter the code exactly as you received it, as they can be case sensitive.
