Wanderers Shop delivers via Australia Post. We deliver to most addresses in Australia including PO Boxes. Our estimated delivery times below include warehouse processing and postage time.
Please add any special delivery instructions at the time of your order, i.e. “leave at front door”.
Standard Post - $10
Standard delivery usually takes between 7-10 business days.
Express Post - $15
Express delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days.
International Pack & Track / AirMail - $40
Orders to NZ, UK, USA, and Singapore are sent via Australia Post’s Pack & Track International service. All other countries are sent via Australia Post’s AirMail service.
Please note, this does not include local customs fees and charges that may be applicable.
Click & Collect - Free
Click & collect is back! We're welcoming customers back to our club shop at our Centre of Football at Rooty Hill to collect orders. You can pickup your order from us at Gate B, 81 Eastern Road, Rooty Hill, NSW 2766. Click & Collect orders are usually ready for pickup the next business day, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. You can also opt to collect it from the next Western Sydney Wanderers home game at Bankwest Stadium.

DELIVERY FAQs
Has my order been dispatched?
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email confirming it’s on its way. That dispatch email will contain a tracking number. The tracking information may not be updated on Australia Post until the next business day.
My order hasn’t been dispatched, or ready for collection yet?
On rare occasions, orders may take longer to process. We will send you an email if we’re experiencing a delay with your order.
Can I add special delivery instructions?
Yes. During the order process, there is a space to enter special delivery instructions, i.e. “leave at front door”
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are generally delivered by Australia Post between 9am – 5pm.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All of our orders are shipped with a tracking number. To track your order, please click here.
I have a personalised product, when will it arrive?
Orders with personalised products generally take an additional 3-5 business days to dispatch.
How is memorabilia sent?
Memorabilia is able to be sent within Australia only due to the bulky and fragile items. We will send this via courier, occasionally we may need to get in contact with you to discuss delivery options and costs.
